DESCRIPTION:Castro Valley High School and the Castro Valley Eden Area Chamber of Commerce cordially invite you to Castro Valley High School's Career Exploration Day on Thursday\, April 13\, 2017\, from 8:30-2:30 pm. \n\n\n\nThis year we are focusing on the following: Engineering and ICT/Digital Media. \n\nSome examples might include: \n\nFor ICT / Digital Design Type of Businesses - Graphic Design Services\, Software Publishers\, Networking\, Cloud Computing\, Cell Phone services\, etc.\n\n\n\nFor Engineering Businesses - Engineering firms\, Solar technology\, Developers\, Civil Engineers\, Construction & related fields\,Engineering Services\, Architectural Services\, Testing Laboratories\, Drafting Services\, Civil Engineering\, Mechanical Engineering\, Electrical Engineering\, Biomedical Engineering\n\n \n\nWe are looking for your participation at the Fair to expand student knowledge\, educate\, share information and resources about careers in the community and inspire students\, as our future workforce\, to reach their career goals\, by learning more about a specific career field or industry.  \n\n\n\nPARTICIPANTS: There is no charge to attend this event. This event will provide an opportunity for participants from the community to give back\, to be exposed to a future pool of talent\, to meet faculty\, and to network with other businesses\, organizations and agencies from the community.  \n\n\n\nAs a business or agency\, you can use this event to discuss internships\, employment and volunteer opportunities you may currently have or will have in the near future.  Student sign up sheets will be provided for each table/participant.\n\n\n\nSCHEDULE OF SESSIONS: This year we are allowing flexibility in the schedule for those of you that are not able to attend the entire event.  Your options are as follows:\n\n1. Attend Entire Event\n\n2. Attend Morning Session Only\n\n3. Attend Afternoon Session Only\n\n\n\nWhen registering if you will post your session preference in the 'comment' section\, and you will be contacted if there are any questions or further clarification is needed.\n\n\n\nBelow is the schedule including breaks where students will navigate through the fair by participant table.
