DESCRIPTION:San Lorenzo High School and the Castro Valley Eden Area Chamber of Commerce cordially invite you\, our community based businesses and agencies\, to speak at San Lorenzo's Career Exploration Day on March 29\, 2017.\n\n \n\nWe are looking for guest speakers to build career awareness\, to educate and inspire students to reach their career goals and learn more about a specific career field or industry.\n\n\n\nThis event will also provide an opportunity for businesses in the community to be exposed to a future pool of talent\, to meet faculty and parents in the community.\n\n\n\nPlease join us to help support the School District's efforts to expose students to the variety of career opportunities in the community and contribute to the development of our youth and inspire and impact our next generation of talent in San Lorenzo.\n\n\n\n \nHere is the day's schedule:\n\nPeriod 1: 8:00-8:45 Presenters meet in the library for overview\, schedule\, and light breakfast\n\nNutrition Break for Students\n\nPeriod 2    9:00-9:45: Session 1\n\nPeriod 3    9:50-10:40: Session 2\n\nPeriod 4    10:45-11:30: Session 3\n\nLunch: 11:30-12:10---Presenters meet for lunch in the school library\n\nPeriod 5    12:10-12:55: Session 4\n\nDetails: \n\nThe School will provide you with a light breakfast and lunch.  \n\nYou will be presenting four 40-minute sessions\, unless you have notified us of a different arrangement.  \n\nYou will receive your schedule and confirmation a few weeks prior to the event.  We suggest that you plan for a 20-25 minute presentation with time for questions at the end of your presentation.
