Fresh Approach (a 501c Non-Profit in the Bay Area) that aims to increase skills and knowledge of educators and coaches to successfully lead and evaluate nutrition and wellness classes\, empower the community to adopt healthier eating behaviors and incentivize them to support local food systems. Register for a 1.5 -hour workshop to learn about our trauma-informed approach to our nutrition curriculum\, facilitation resources\, and how we connect our community and class participants to eat fresh fruits and vegetables at their local farmers' market. We will be offering our self-paced training curriculum. Our goal is to provide you with the basic tools and resources to lead and evaluate your own health and wellness class. These tools can be adapted to your target population's needs. Our mission is to nourish our communities with local nutrition education resources and connect them with local food systems.
