Classy Canine's Wiggle Rumps Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. An hour after ribbon cutting, refreshments will be offered. Free pet nail trims to completely vaccinated pets. For 2 hours after ceremony or free wiggle rumps leash/pot gift.
