Become stronger, balance better, stretch, breathe, have lots of fun and even relax
Join instructor Spencer Nichols for a 30-minute Preschool Yoga Class. Bring your favorite adult and enjoy this healthy activity for mind and body.
This class is best for children 3-7 years old.
A towel or a yoga mat is recommended.
