About Us

The firm was founded in 1989 as The Law Offices of Mark D. Poniatowski. Mark built the firm with associate attorney, paralegal and support staff. Kim Leding joined the firm in 2008 and Meera Parikh joined the firm in 2010. The additions of Ms. Leding and Ms. Parikh added experience, expertise and capacity as the firm’s creditors’ rights/bankruptcy practice expanded during the Great Recession. Their expertise also led to the establishment of our Family Law Practice Group.

The firm’s objective from day one has been to provide prompt, quality, results oriented representation and practical advice. The firm has stayed true to this objective for over 30 years. Our highest priority is to be responsive to our client’s needs while providing quality representation. We cater to our clients. We maintain our reputation for responsiveness and quality representation by staying relatively small, representing only select clients, and maintaining a close relationship with our clients and a thorough understanding of their needs.
